Dear Parents,

Welcome to Morrison Academy Kaohsiung and thank you for using Queen Bus as school transportation for your kid(s).

Regular bus fees are $ 33,000 NT(Kaohsiung Routes) and $34,000 NT(Tainan Routes) for the current semester, including HS shuttle (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
＊ One-way fee is TWD 23,000 (Kaohsiung route) and TWD 25,000 (Tainan route)
＊ One-way fee after class on Thursday: TWD 15,000 (Kaohsiung route)
High School Shuttle no longer accepting separate registration.

Please read the busing Services Principles and Rules carefully before registering for the bus program.

The capacity of each bus is limited. “First come, first served” policy is adopted. Your registration can be canceled after filling in the application form as the bus is full.

One-way bus services might be available after the new school year starts. Note that a two-way participant always has higher priority when seating is limited. Please check with us for further information.

Parents and guardians, please read carefully with your child, then sign this agreement together.
General Information:
1. Bus Drivers, students, parents, teachers, and school administrators share the responsibility for bus safety, following all bus rules, and behaving responsibly.
2. Riding the school bus is a privilege. If you behave appropriately, you will be allowed to ride the bus.
3. Bus Drivers have complete authority over all students and the power to enforce all rules and regulations.

I agree to ride the bus safely.
1. Stay seated (seat to seat, back to back, with seat belt fastened)
2. Keep aisles free of backpacks and instruments
3. At stops, remain seated until the bus comes to a complete stop

I agree to follow all bus rules and be responsible.
1. Keep hands and feet to myself
2. Use a quiet voice when talking
3. Respect bus property
4. Remain seated at all times

I agree to treat the bus, the driver, and all passengers respectfully.
1. Obey directions from my bus driver
2. Talk and act kindly to others

If I choose not to follow this contract, I understand the following consequences may occur. In the event of a serious offense, I may be suspended from the bus immediately:
1. My parent(s)/guardian will be notified by the principal, and I will be warned about the consequences of not following the school bus rules. Disciplinary measures may include detention or other consequences as specified in the Student Handbook.
2. My parent(s)/guardian will be notified by the principal, and I may lose all bus privileges for a length of time to be determined by the level of infraction.

Severe Clause: Students may be suspended immediately from the bus for severe infractions for a period to be determined by the principal. Serious violations, such as physical violence, may result in bus privileges being suspended immediately.

NOTE: If bus privileges are suspended, I must arrange my own transportation to and from school. Additional referrals may result in removal from the bus for the remainder of the school year.

I agree to use the Queen Bus APP and arrive at my child's bus stop 5-10 minutes early when my child returns home from school.我同意使用皇后巴士 App，並在我的孩子放學回家時提前5-10分鐘到達孩子的巴士站。

I understand the Queen Bus APP will communicate an approximate "time frame" rather than the exact time of when my child gets dropped off at their bus stop when returning home.我理解皇后巴士應用程式將提供大概的「時間範圍」，而不是孩子放學回家時的確切時間。
